NewDomainData sells digital downloadable domain database products. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refund eligibility depends on delivery status and the nature of the issue.

Eligible cases

• The purchased file cannot be downloaded because of a technical error on our side.
• The delivered product is materially different from the product description.
• A duplicate payment was made for the same order.

Non-refundable cases

• The file has already been successfully downloaded or accessed.
• The buyer purchased the wrong dataset without reviewing the description or sample.
• The buyer’s intended use is not compliant with applicable laws or platform rules.
